Rooms have been negotiated for the below rates at the InterContinental Kuala Lumpur. Attendees are requested to please contact the hotel directly to reserve your accommodation – IGS Conference 2024 Kuala Lumpur. Kindly note the rooms are subject to availability and no rooms have been blocked.

These rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast at Serena Brasserie, Lobby Floor. All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and exclude taxes.

What is eVISA?

eVISA is an electronic visa issued through an online visa application (MYVISA website) for foreign nationals wishing to enter Malaysia.

Foreign Visitors Requirement: Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC)

All foreign travellers must complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) within three (3) days prior to their scheduled arrival in Malaysia. 

Steps required: 

  • Step 1: Fill up the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) here 
  • Step 2: Submit the MDAC within three (3) days prior to your arrival to Malaysia. Proof of submission will be sent to your registered email. 
  • Step 3: Upon arrival in Malaysia, kindly proceed to the Immigration counters. 

The following travellers are exempted from this new requirement: 

  • Singaporeans  
  • Diplomatic and Official Passports holders 
  • Malaysian permanent residents (PR) and Long-Term Pass holders 
  • Brunei Common Certificate of Identification (GCI) holders 
  • Brunei-Malaysia Frequent Traveller Facility holders  
  • Thailand Border Pass holders 
  • Indonesian Cross Border Pass (PLB) holders

Housing/Reservations

Room Type: 

Single Occupancy: MYR 448.40 nett per per room per night 
Double Occupancy: MYR 489.70 nett per room per night 
 

The above Accommodation Room Block and Rates are: 

  • Inclusive of Buffet Breakfast for 1 or 2 people. Additional breakfast at RM 79.00 nett per person. 
  • Complimentary In-Room broadband. 
  • All foreign passport holders are subject to a government tax of MYR10.00 per room per night.  
  • The Tourism Tax will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government. 
  • All rates quoted are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 8% of Sales and Services Tax (SST) unless  
  • otherwise specified as nett price. Taxes, levies or charges are subject to change in accordance with the Malaysian Government legislation. 
  • Parking rate at MYR 5.00nett per car entry, validation required at concierge counter
